October 30,2023

1

The chemical name of calcitriol is 1, 25  dihydroxyvitamin D3, which is the most biologically active compound in the similar products of more than 40 kinds of vitamin D found by humans, so it is also clinically known as  active vitamin D. The super-strong biological activity of calcitriol comes from the fact that it does not need to be activated by the hydroxylation of the liver and kidney after entering the human body. After being absorbed, calcitriol can directly act on the human body with a short half-life, which can improve the absorption and metabolism of calcium in the human body in a short period of time and effectively treat various types of osteoporosis. Therefore, it is widely used in clinic.
